About Shalise Gardner
Shalise Gardner is a native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She is the mother of two daughters Donita Archie and Bria Miles and a son Malik Petite, Sr. Her only grandson, Malik Petite, Jr. inspired her to write a children's book.
Ms. Gardner has an MBA in Business Administration and an MPA in Healthcare Administration. She has a passion to help and give, that's why Ms. Gardner has been employed in the Social Work field for over 20 years. She is also a member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.
Ms. Gardner wants the reader to be able to relate to the characters and the scenes. She wants this book to also be a magical, learning and fun read.
